6. Client Responsibilities
- The client is responsible for providing clear access to the site and ensuring all work areas are safe, clear, and ready for the project to begin.
- We recommend removing or protecting any fragile items near the working area.
- BS Waters is not responsible for damage to items left unprotected in the work zone.
7. Materials & Workmanship
- We use high-quality, professional-grade materials.
- Any materials supplied by the client are the client’s responsibility.
- We offer a standard workmanship guarantee (e.g. 12 months) unless otherwise specified.
- Natural changes to water features (such as algae or wildlife presence) are not considered defects.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
- Clients must give at least 7 days’ notice to cancel a booking without incurring fees.
- Refunds for deposits will be subject to work already undertaken and costs incurred.
- Short-notice cancellations may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.
9. Limitation of Liability
- While we take every precaution during our work, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services.
- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.
